I wonder why the other 14 allied health professionals are never mentioned🤷🏽‍♀️ every healthcare student works long shifts unpaid and have continued to work during this pandemic “risking their own lives”. Time to start giving recognition to ALL healthcare professionals

I’m overjoyed at the news 3rd yr student nurses can opt into paid extended clinical placement but why are student midwives forgotten? They work with Covid+ people all day too. Where’s their recognition, pay & death in service protection? Another example of #butnotmaternity ?
