I DO NOT THINK PLATNER should quit his race for Senate!

I used to "work" sex abuse cases for the highly estermed former Santa Barbara District Attorney Tom Sneddon in the mid 1980's. (He did the Michael Jackson prosecution).

I provided emotional support in begginjing cases and before court hearings plus access to pjysical and psychological treatment referrals when needed as well as assistance to rape prosecution attorneys in getting evidence from rel7ctant victims.

So far , from what I have heard about an allegation of "rape" aka non-consexual penetrating sexual conduct claimed to have occurred 5 years ago suddenly arising NOW about Graham Plattner, I would not credit that story at the level of proof required to establish "rape".

I would NOT WITHDRAW SUPPORT for Plattner simply because a woman NOW she says he "dated" Plattner and says NOW 5 years later he "was rough" with her. ...NOT much about RAPE which requires PENETRATION of a body ORIFICE.

I would have to know quite a bit more than this suddenly public allegation. And WHY she chose to allege "RAPE" NOW.

Ancient allegations arising in a sudden political or financial context are highly suspect and very easy to misconstrue.
I don't live in Maine. I live in California with VERY STRICT RAPE LAWS.

I would continue to support GRAHAM PLATTNER if I did live in Maine..

Women sometimes regret in a changed context behaving in ways that they later regret. , and alleging the fault is entirely someone else's.....

I have.NOT heard enough credible fact for me to conclude Plattner committed "rape".

We have heard NO real corroborating evidence yet. and a strangely timed assertion completely denied by Plattner, who is now a married man in what appears to be a good marriage with a supportive, attractive spouse his own age.

Even this well-researched proposal fails to acknowledge the opportunities for patient/provider harm which will STILL exist in such a system even if it is administered like Medicare -- before Elon Musk and Donald Trump mixed in.
Medicare (age-based medical insurance support paid for and by elders and the disabled) cases are/were authorized for reimbursement by contracted private entities similar to private entity insurance claims reviewers by reviewing details and rules.
David E Rockefeller, dead son of David A Rockefeller (also now dead) owned an authorizing entity, Palmetto State. Although he and Palmetto State had LOST the U.S. govt claims review contract for their poor performance (and maybe fraud), he was not required to transfer ALL the cases to the new claims reciewer entity. He therefore KEPT SOME to CHEAT on a personal basis. If he chose not to pay certain peoples' claims for personal animus reasons, the patient was still billed automatically as a private non-insured claim by the provider without information about appeals rights and processes, rather than receiving an automatic government agency review of the reason no claim was paid under Medicare. NONE!
David E Rockefeller generally paid slow to collect bank "float" interest on claims money that actually was not EVER his money, since he was paid as a contractor, never "owning" the funds..
Furthermore, the Obama Administration had been FORCED by David Rockefeller interests to LEAVE OUT SERVICE TO ANY of the medical care costs of MILITARY DEPENDENTS from this program of alleged automatic reimbursement payment. They were made INELIGIBLE for automatic inclusion for review and payment so David E Rockefeller could manipulate on his own the interim claims funds AND these claimant families to make them default on their house bank mortgages from delayed large health services payments, which he did !! He could target them individually through JPMorganChase with special private disclosures to him of debts.
As a patient under Medicare I personally had to seek review from Medicare Appeals agents DIRECTLY myself in HHS, and after citing the qualifying conditions for payment, published online, I received instant approval for my provider's reimbursement which happened quickly..

That kind of self-interested cheating I experienced from David E Rockefeller's staff at his direction will happen in any system if you have providers of ill will and bad morals, and you should not have to be a Stanford grad as I am to get the deliberate cheating of providers and patients corrected....but only in MY CASE!
While David E Rockefeller lost his entire claims processing contract to another private contract entity (and before I was forced to appeal to HHS), there was no systematic correction of the other financial injuries he deliberately inflicted, on me or anyone else.

I personally think nobody will get a fair deal on existing program rights until Donald Trump and his associates are removed from office permanently. If you precent that YOU are responsible!
No one will automatically correct these injuries which are now beyond trillions..
There truly is NO FREE LUNCH....and there should not be a "free lunch" for Donald Trump and associates, either.

I have worked on American immigration material and was published by the German Marshal Fund with the great New Zealand demographer, W.A.V. Clark, UCLA. Most scholarly accounts of a thousand years of African slavery IN Africa describe the enslavers as Africans, taking whole large groups of men and women by warfare from the conquered peoples. They normally killed the men and kept the women, just as the Spartans did in Greece (as pliant laborers in wheat growing). When the sugar trade in the West Indies gave greater value to the African men, the Portuguese in Africa bought and brokered them to the Western Europeans in the sugar trade. The sold "warriors" of a beaten African tribe averaged 9 months of life thereafter, required to grow any food they ate in the few Sunday hours allotted "for prayer" and food gathering.
They had NINE months life expectancy from capture and sale to a plantation and death in the sugar trade.
By comparison, the largely WHITE British sailors in the great British Navy in the Napoleonic Wars (avg height only 5 ft tall from poor diet) averaged a 10 month life expectancy from the date of impressment to the date of their deaths.
Everyone leaves the BIG picture out in these discussions. That's how powerful humans have treated other humans.
Narrow scope (like without any African history) leads to false conclusions.

Isabel Wilkersons words are uplifting. There is, however, NO large society without what she describes as "caste" whose various forms also have other names. Conflating the effects of caste with what we also call "racism" both of which are REAL things, ignores the history of Liberia, and what happened to native peoples when well meaning Americans settled African origin Americans of color/slaves there before the Civil War. It was TERRIBLE for the Africans! They were enslaved by the newcomers.
I assume you have never read about that.
It clarifies the mind. Furthermore women as a group always occupy a lower status than men, especially in Africa, in spite of women's being the sole producers of wealth by labor or trade in most African societies. Africa has NEVER been without slavery since the historic Bantu expansion. Check on Mauretania today. Women slaves.

Trump & "birth citizenship"!
President Trump's mother was an immigrant to the United States. He says she was Scottish. True she had lived on a Scottish island but she spoke RUSSIAN to him as his childhood language.
Was she naturalized British or American? No(?).
As for his father, his father's parents were born in Europe (German Palatinate). Were THEY naturalized?
NO. I don't think either was.
That makes Donald Trump a "birth citizen" only, by 1st or 2nd degree.

When talking about Israel, many Americans reflexively think of Leon Uris's novel "Exodus" and assume Israel was the target haven for survivors of the Holocaust under Hitler. It isn't.!
It never was.
After WW II, Israel (still Palestine under the League of Nations Mandate) took in ONLY the 300 post Holocaust survivor people on the ship Exodus and as they grew older Israel did not offer them food and support in old age although they had no relatives in Israel to help them. They did not even get a food allowance or a guaranteed place to sleep.

The Klan is very active in California.
In the Depression it burned a peace-making preacher alive after tarring and feathering him in the Central Valley inland from Avenal (one of California's prison sites. It's grown again recently.
It was supported financially by the now dead (early this year) David Aldrich Rockefeller, dead at 109. His descendants and Aldrich cousins do not dispute the Klan (some are members) and are financial supporters of the current Republican regime in Washington and elsewhere..
Do not underestimate the hazard level. It's supported by people whose appearances would make them otherwise "targets". They think they've been able to buy in in spite of not looking conventionally "white". They look like Tatars from the Caucasas...like Caesar's Alan soldiers..

BRAD LANDER, former NYC comptroller (where Mamdani got the "hidden money" ideas) is endorsed by the powerful pro-Israel expansion group " J Street" in Washington, not much different from AIPAC in ultimate effect.. in fact it looks like AIPAC's associate.
