@itgirlspo you could probably still lose 1kg by july, thats not super restrictive. Thats only like a 300-600cal deficit daily. Depending on ur maintenance and how active u are it could be pretty easy for you?
@itgirlspo just go back to eating maintenance and maybe add in an extra 5k steps daily if u can! don't go crazy restrictive as this is more likely to lead to binges. also try not to go too long without eating as this will stress ur body more <33
@2ndjunesside try & do harm reduction, it sounds like the way u are losing is very unhealthy. it took me longer to get to bmi 14s doing it "healthily" but its more sustainable long term
