In this case:-

1) File a report to MBB first to block your CC (Main prority).
2) File a dispute - Unauthorised transactions
3) At the same time report to TnG - Ask them to investigate. Because once you have saved your bank card details inside TnG, it will auto deduct (Unless disabled) WITHOUT bank verification code (OTP/Secure2U).
4) Report to Tiktok - May click on this link and click ‘Online Reporting Form’.

From my personal pov. I would blame TnG in this case. First sebab you will NEVER get security code like OTP or Secure2U pin code at payment gateway upon making a payment if merchant did not register with the bank ya. Second masa nak buat transfer dekat TnG app tu kan perlukan your own 6 digit pin. Macam mana boleh lepas? Kalau lepas then what’s the purpose creating 6 digit security pin then @MyTouchnGo 🤷🏻‍♂️
