Hi, I'm Earl — eight years in game dev, six months on this one, solo.
Introducing - SHARPER: a pixel card game on a 1926 night train. Four classes, a hundred cards, browser, no install.
Train leaves Sunday, 15:00 UTC.
No token yet — the address appears here first.
Coming to @RobinhoodCrypto
#Robinhoodchain
Everything is in place. The table is open.
Token on Pons, address on the title screen. Server live and watching the chain. Fare booth funded from an open-market buy, not a dev allocation — solo cash-outs work from this minute, 20 $SHARP a day per wallet, straight from the contract. Arbiter gassed, stakes table armed, Sunday purse ready to collect its 10%.
How to sit down: open the salon, bind your wallet, pick a stake — 500, 2,000, 10,000 or 50,000 $SHARP. Approve, open a table or join one, play. The contract pays 90% to the winner and 10% to the purse the moment the server signs the result; refund is automatic if a table ever stalls. Sunday 13:00 UTC the purse pays sixteen places.
First settled table, from my own two wallets, so you can see the whole loop before you risk a chip:

Build complete. Everything that needed code is done.
The address is on the title screen with a Blockscout button. The server is live and watching the chain: stakes table, Sunday purse, dealer lock, Fare booth — all wired, all answering. The health check reads chain: true, booth: true, and the arbiter that settles tables is the same key that signs cash-outs, as designed.
One thing left, and it isn't code: funding. I made no dev buy, so the Fare booth and the first test table start empty. I'm buying a small amount of $SHARP on the open market from the dev wallet — a public transaction, you'll see it — and moving it into the booth so solo players can cash out, plus enough for one staked game between my own wallets to prove settlement on chain.
After that: the first Settled event goes in this thread, and PvP stakes are open to everyone. Solo play already is.
Site updated. The contract address is now on the title screen, with a VIEW CONTRACT button straight to Blockscout and OPEN ON PONS next to it. Check it against the pinned post; if you still see "no token yet", hard refresh — that's your cache, not a second token.
PvP is nearly there. Every contract is wired, the server knows the addresses, and the last step is the one I won't skip: a real staked table between two of my own wallets, settled on chain, before I let anyone else sit down. The transaction goes in this thread the moment it lands.
Solo play is open now. Ride The Line, earn Fare — it all counts.
Website update in progress.
The contract address is going onto the game's title screen right now, with a button straight to Blockscout, so you can check it against the pinned post without leaving the table. Give it a minute and a hard refresh.
While that lands: if the salon still says "no token yet" for you, that's the old page in your cache, not a second token. The only address is in the pinned post and the bio.
Update: $SHARP is wired into every game contract.
The stakes table, the Sunday purse, the dealer lock and the Fare booth all point at the token now. The reserve is funded, the dev share is locked for 180 days, the booth has its float — every one of those is a transaction you can read on Blockscout, and I'll link them in the pinned post.
What's left is on my side of the wall: the game server has to learn the same addresses and start listening to the chain for opened tables. That's the piece that turns PvP stakes on. I'm in the database now, then a restart.
Solo play is already open — ride The Line, earn Fare, it all counts. Stakes and cash-out light up the moment the server comes back. I'll post the first settled table here.
$SHARP is on Pons. Give me a few minutes before you look for it inside the game.
The token exists on chain; the salon doesn't know its address yet. I'm writing the contract into the game server now — token, stakes table, Sunday purse, Fare booth — and restarting it. Until that restart lands, the game still shows "no token yet" and the stakes and cash-out buttons stay closed. That's expected, not a bug.
Minutes, not hours. I'll reply here the moment the table is live, with the first on-chain settlement.
Reminder while you wait: the only real address is in the pinned post and my bio. Anything else under this name is not mine.

Every card game in web3 pays the winner. I built one that also pays the player.
SHARPER is a one-on-one card game — four classes, a hundred cards, Hearthstone-style attacks, bosses who bend the rules. Stakes are settled by contract: 90% to the winner, 10% to a Sunday purse that pays sixteen places.
Here's the part I haven't seen anyone ship: you don't need an opponent to earn. Ride The Line against the bosses, win, and you earn Fare. The server replays every match before it counts, so nobody farms it with a script. Verified Fare cashes out for $SHARP — slowly, capped at 20 a day per wallet, straight from a contract to your wallet.
No opponent needed. Still paid. And when you're ready, sit across a human.
Browser, phone or desktop, nothing to install. $SHARP goes live on Pons today, UTC. The address appears here first.

Departure moved. The Meridian Night leaves today at 19:00 UTC, not 15:00.
Not a drama, just the last four hours a solo build needs. Overnight tests caught two things I won't ship with: a hand that could stall after a bounced card, and a timer that drifted on slow phones. Both are fixed on my machine; I'm re-running the full test pass against the live server now, and then the contracts get their final check on Blockscout.
What doesn't change: the salon opens an hour before, 18:00 UTC. $SHARP goes live on Pons at 19:00 UTC. The contract address appears here first, in this thread and in the bio — nothing earlier under this name is mine. First stakes settle on chain by 19:20, and I'll post the transaction.
Thanks for the patience. Four more hours, and the table is yours.
