The Friends of the Dahlgren Railroad Heritage Trail (DRHT) is an organization of trail supporters who want to see the DRHT protected for future generations.

Filled in a sink hole by mile 7. Getting ready for the half marathon in 2 weeks.
Get and and clear any branches and vines if you can to get it looking great.

We're doing a little ditch clearing Sunday at 1200 to get a wet spot on the trail cleared up.
If you can bring a shovel and waterproof boots to lambs creek rd 694 trail crossing. We'll be about 1/2 a mile east to dig and then do some branch clipping and chainsawing.

Earlier this year, one of our visitors uploaded a great video on our trail. As the bugs (and snakes) hibernate during these winter months, it's the perfect time to get out there and enjoy the trail!

King George Co is holding a community clean up day this Saturday from 9 to 12. 5 spots have been picked out around the county with all the necessary supplies for pick up by the county landfill at 9.
