A super Nordic Walking session today in Barshaw Park. Its good to exercise outdoors, especially in the winter light. It helps regulate our natural rhythms, protects our mental health, and improves our sleep. And its great fun and very sociable!
Amazing day in Barshaw Park #Paisley at our #Harvest Festival. After 2 hours of silent disco I was ready for some amazing handmade pizza & cakes 🕺🏻🤩👍❤️ @Friendsofbarsh2 ❤️ Our 2024 calendar is also now available 🤩👍❤️
Doing a bit of sketching this morning before I go for a wee wander as it's such a beautiful morning here in Paisley...just informed the "boss" of my intentions and asked her to give her staff a bit of positive affirmation for sketching effort...she is not impressed...lol...😺😁..
Silent #disco in Barshaw Park, #Paisley with a load of other people having fun dancing to a variety of #music Tuesdays 7-8pm. We even traditional danced/stripped the willow tonight. Such fun 🤩 👍❤️🎵 #Paisley… What a great place to live ❤️ @Friendsofbarsh2
What is everyone doing as part of #LoveParksWeek to share their love and appreciation of their local parks? Might be some #volunteering, or a job you have been wanting to achieve for ages and just not got to it, join your local friends group?

Anticipating the deluge…watching & being amazed by the light change 2 minutes & 1 minutes before the heavy rain & nightfall ☔️🌧️ #GardenersWorld#gardening#GardeningTwitter 🤩❤️
Grab your fairy wings, it’s almost time… coming up this Thursday, 10-12, our free #Fairies & #Pixies event in the Old Orchard woodland at Broomhill. Kids can make a magical wand & discover our #FairyTrail around the woodland. 📍 ME23NB
@JamieKinlochan @CofGCollege We are proud to have you on our team, Jamie. You work hard for our Community, make a difference to our park and inspire us!
Last night our woodland storycircle was vandalised. 4 logs have some how been pulled up - not an easy feat by any means. This was clearly determined destruction. Sigh.
We prefer sharing all the great stuff happening & the work our volunteers do - image shows family forest school
