The meeting spot to start our “Tails, Tales and Mug-Up” sessions is about 10km down the Cape Road. Look for a white travel trailer on the right hand side.
As noted on the link to our Gannet Festival, Rum Ragged (August 27) is moved to the Point Lance Community Centre. Registration is no longer required and tickets are available at the door. Doors open at 6:30 p.m. Hope to see you there!
For those who registered for our “Trails, Tales, and Mug-Up” sessions for August 26 and 27, the trail is wet due to recent wet weather so bring along your rubber boots and a walking stick. Also, please along your own mug for tea. Hope the weather cooperates.
While visiting Cape St. Mary’s Ecological Reserve, please don’t forget to drop by our nature store, The Rookery, to see our great selection of clothing and gifts.
We are thrilled that our own Rum Ragged will be performing at the Gannet Festival on August 27 (7:30-9:00 pm). Please register on our web page. Must be 19 or older to attend. The location of this event will be announced when registration numbers are known.
