Pretty exciting day yesterday, Laura Fergusson AGM saw 8 "friends" elected. Victoria Carter is the new Chair and Simon Dunlop is deputy.

When offshore entities own land there should be a way to make them more accountable & part of the community. In some countries, they tax people who leave valuable sites empty.

Tragic when a much loved and vital disabled rehab facility is sold.
Seems worse when buildings lie empty for 3 + years & windows get smashed and ignored. Pathetic attempts to stop more damage.
