Binged again FWWWUUCCKKK. I don’t understand I used to be so good at this and now I SUCCKKK and I just end up binging in the evenings every night and UGHHHH what happened!!???:(((( feeling low and lousy
@n_0791 Tinned fish in tomato sauce, if you like fish:) I usually eat a little bit on crispbread/rice cakes for breakfast. Usually about 250 cals for a whole box of tuna, mackerel or sardines, and with the crispbread you get both protein and fibre! :D
@jiskgs A series of things but the one that still sticks with me the most is when i ripped my 2nd pair of jeans in like 6 months at the thighs and my mum said «if you keep skipping your workouts all your jeans will rip eventually»
Ok so if the steps app on my phone says I’ve burned 500 cals (400 before treadmill) and the treadmill said 300 when I was done but myfitnesspal says 170….

It’s honestly such a tragedy that oil has like a gajhillion calories in it because fuck man does olive oil and sesame oil make any dish they’re in go from an 8 to a 12 😭
