@willieckerslike Must say I try to take the train in and around Europe as much as possible rather than fly. For France, its mostly the same travel time once you take into account faffing around at the airport

@willieckerslike Yes, I agree there should be more of a sense of service to their patients. I was only thinking that I understood why it was a higher percentage of those under 40 doing this given they would net be in a worse financial position otherwise.

@willieckerslike Yes, I agree with your sentiment to an extent. But as someone in a similar position, when you have children now there is a range of salary where it is simply unaffordable to earn it because you will have less money. So reduced hours or massive pension contributions it is.
