I think based on what I see that he did his job. He didn’t abuse her. The tough part is what if she hit her head or something and get really hurt?

@FightHaven I blame the parents or lack of parents. If U don’t discipline your kids someone else will!! Sometimes it’s a medical issue because that’s not normal. But a lot of times it’s parents not raising their kids properly because they’d rather be a friend then a true parent.
