Greetings, Twitterverse! I’ve started this account to document why I left education, and why it might be a good decision for you too! Principals, if you are underpaid and overworked, follow me and figure out how to achieve a higher quality of life! 😎🙌 #edexit
It all about relationships! I’m building an online course
“I ❤️My Principal”
to help principals build their personal brand like CEOs do in business! #principal#teachersoftwitter

Like/RT this post if you feel underpaid! I am considering hosting a workshop on how to start an EASY lucrative side hustle. IMMEDIATELY! My target audience would be geared toward #teachersoftwitter or anyone who works in a school! Thoughts??
School Leadership Secret: YOU are a BRAND. Yes, YOU! Saying things like “You can’t please everyone” only hurts your brand! The next time you want to say that phrase, try “I try hard to think Win-Win.” It’s still true but its a brand-builder, not a brand killer.
As educators go back into school, it’s easy to get excited and want to share all about your classroom! Remember to take the time to listen. Listen to your new students, listen to their parents, listen to the child’s past teacher. You can learn so much! ❤️
It’s August.Outside of the education works, August is not a “lost” month. It’s not associated with extra hours away from family, excessive personal spending, or overwhelm. Where would you take your family on vacation if August was a typical summer month? #formerteacher#principal
Have you ever considered a side hustle? Why or why not? I’m thinking of creating a mini-guide to starting a RELAXED Side Hustle that works on YOUR timetable. I love my side hustle!! FUN+Money=Fun Money! 🤑 #formerteacher
I’m developing a Back-To-School Blueprint for principals to use as a checklist for success with staff and parents. Would this be of interest to a school leader? #Principal

Yes, I have a “day” job. But my day job isn’t also an evening job, and endless emails job, a constant crisis job. I still have a free hour before dinner after my day job! What would you do with an hour between work and dinner? How would it feel if your day job was only a day job?
