As millions of people across the country take to the streets and raise their voices in response to the killing of George Floyd and the ongoing problem of unequal justice, I’ve heard many ask how we can sustain momentum to bring about real change.
This week's announcements by the PM that some indoor sales premises can open Monday and most shops on 15 June, questions directly the reasons why our churches remain closed. It is now time to move to the phased opening of our churches.

It’s great to have it back - even if no-one can sit on it at the moment! Grateful thanks to all who worked on this at the prison. And I think it looks far better than the original bench!! Great job!
You may remember some weeks ago we suffered an act of vandalism in our grounds. One of our benches was badly damaged but thanks to the wonderful work of The Prison Service we now have our bench back looking as good as new! @GovJersey@KevinPamplin
Great excitement that pilgrim beer will flow once more in #Walsingham! Tomorrow we launch a new beer in collaboration with North Norfolk’s @BarshamBrewery. Pilgrim’s Pale Ale, a Walsingham Real Ale, celebrates over 1000 years of pilgrimage to Walsingham...

Great to welcome everyone to @StLukesJersey1 All of the cadets were a credit to their units and should feel justifiably proud. A privilege to dedicate the new Standard.

Poppy Appeal - At the side of the M8 motorway near Livingston in Scotland, there are seven grass pyramids. Each year three Poppy’s appear on the pyramids showing that Scotland supports the @poppyscotland appeal but more importantly our troops. 😎👍🏻
Looking forward to welcoming the Cadets, the masses ranks of RAFA and everyone else to @StLukesJersey1 this morning as we commemorate the Battle of Britain. The sun is shining and it should be a great event!
We start off the @RAFAssociation Wings Week with the annual Battle of Britain Church Service @StLukesJersey1 Church tomorrow at 1100hrs. @VictoriaColCCF Cadets will carry the RAFA branch standard and deliver prayers during the service.
All is ready @StLukesJersey1 for the greatest 3 days of the Church’s year: the holy Triduum. It is in these days we enter deeply into the mystery of Salvation. May God bless all who share in these celebrations.
Young people have helped lead all our great movements. How inspiring to see it again in so many smart, fearless students standing up for their right to be safe; marching and organizing to remake the world as it should be. We've been waiting for you. And we've got your backs.
