@skyrEater I now go 3 to 4 times a week, plan what part of my body I want to train so every week legs, back en chest and then pick what is free and I like for that muscle group
I'm loosing weight because I'm going back to my set point weight!
I gained like 15 to 20 kg but now my body trusts me and is getting back to it set point
I'm so glad I choose recovery, I'm now able to do so much more then my ed let me. I can hang with friends and not stress about everything or even have dates where u cook together
And acknowledging other eds would be something to add in as well. So if I was them I would someone with knowledge about eds write this so you can give people good information and not this half written piece.
