@virginmedia I've recently be made homeless due to financial reasons. I telephoned to ask for my account to be put on hold until i'm in a better situation. However I was told this is not possible to "freeze" my account & only cancel which will cost me £100. pls Help

@SkyHelpTeam I've been here before. I would like your complaints department contact details. Luckily I have saved my speed test results from the last 2 years. 98% are under 15mbps... great service for £40 pm
@SkyHelpTeam Do you not think this has been done numerous times. - have telephoned so many times and pretty much just get the same answer. Been told there are no issues! Is this reply option number 6 from your handbook? Pretty much just the same answer I always get. Just the worst CS ever
