@DevonWildlife @SouthWestWater May be @SouthWestWater would like fund us. We would have saved them 152000 litres it the leak had been fixed by them when it was reported on 2 September. After 18 days of promises followed by inaction, withdrawal of their ’Goodwill Gesture’ today we have a guy from Auger via our NFU insurers who located the leak in minutes. This water has been pouring on to our house/ property at 8,000 litres a day.

@SouthWestWater We have suffered a leak of 8000 litres a day for the past 16 days. Due to SWW incompetence we are no nearer to having it fixed. Clearly the right hand does no know what the left is doing, and Christopher Loughlin (Managing Director) does not respond to emails.

Due to the absolute incompetence of South West Water we are still suffering a leak of at least 8000 litres of water a day for the last 16 days. I have spent HOURS/DAYS on the phone. The left hand does not know what the right is doing and ChristopherLoughlin (MD) does not respond.
