In BioShock the main villain spends most of the game pretending to be Irish and doing a ridiculous fake Irish accent, talking like "me woife an choild" and so on, only to then drop his disguise and reveal he's a gangster by talking like "now see here pal, I'm a gangster, ya dig?"
