As a man, never neglect your mental health. Get that haircut. Hit the gym. Hang with the boys. Take yourself. Watch that game. Play that video game. Take that road trip. Spend time in nature. Get some sleep. Don’t get so lost in the grind that you forget to live.
I love people who decide they want better and quietly start changing everything. No announcements, no explanations just new habits, stronger boundaries, higher standards, and a completely different life.
i'm in love with this quote:
"if you're persistent, you'll get it. if you're consistent, you'll keep it. and if you're grateful, you'll attract more of it."

I want something so fucking good to happen to me that it changes the entire trajectory of my life for once. Just once. I’m tired of constantly having to survive, adjust, and hope for better. I want something to finally work out in my favor. JUST ONCE, GOTDAMN IT.
This system was never meant for us to prosper and be happy. It was made against us. This is not the way that we are supposed to be living. Our ancestors didn't live like this
My advice to you, sis, is find your own way out and do your best to make this system work for you...
I hate work.
Like, I HATE work.
Not necessarily my job. I hate the whole fking system of waking up at the same time, driving to the same place, doing the same shit for five days straight just to earn two days of “freedom” that I’m too exhausted to actually enjoy.
Saturday is spent recovering.
Sunday is spent thinking about Monday.
Then Monday comes, and we do the whole damn thing AGAIN.
I’m not lazy. I work. I show up. I handle my sh*t.
I just refuse to believe we were put on this earth to spend most of our lives waiting for the weekend.
