ロシアのラブロフ外相が国連総会で、インドとブラジルの国連安保理常任理事国入りを改めて支持。

一方で、追加の常任理事国枠を西側諸国に与えるべきではないとして、ドイツと日本の加盟には反対する姿勢も示しました。

つまりロシアが求めているのは、単なる常任理事国の増加ではなく、西側に偏っている現在の構成を、インド、ブラジル、アフリカなど非西側諸国へ再配分する改革です。

今週はハンガリー、ポーランド、チェコ、スロバキアのV4諸国もインド支持を表明。

第二次大戦直後に作られた米・英・仏・露・中の5か国体制が、現在の人口、経済力、国際的影響力を反映していないことは、ますます明白になっています。

ただ、インドを支持しながら日本を「西側」として排除する主張には、ロシアの対日関係や現在の地政学的対立も色濃く反映されています。

Kyodo News reports that there was "some bewilderment" within the Japanese government over Trump describing the United States and Communist China as “allies” during World War II.
A few days earlier, Takaichi Sanae argued that the UN Charter should be changed to remove Japan from its enemy state clauses. She sees the mention of Japan as something from the WW2 era that is no longer necessary.
However, the Trump-Xi summit featured speeches from both Xi and Trump that highlighting the fact that China and the US fought together as allies in WW2 (against Japan). The United States' official ally was the Republic of China, the government now based in Taiwan, not the communist forces who established the postwar People's Republic of China. When Japanese conservatives heard Trump telling Xi that "China" had been America's ally, they interpreted it as referring to the communists.
However, communist Chinese forces fought against Japan in the war. One of Trump's speeches at the summit brought up the term "gung-ho" as an example of US-China cooperation. It was a term adopted by a US Marine officer after he'd observed the communist 8th Route Army's resistance against Japan in the late 1930s.
Prime Minister Takaichi is reportedly trying to arrange a phone call with Trump as soon as possible so they can talk about the US-China summit.

世界の潮流が急激に変わった。

ほんの数年前まで、トランプ氏は中国に対して関税等で強硬姿勢を取っていました。それがなぜ急に変わったのか？

2025年の中国の対米輸出は、中国輸出全体の11.1%、前年の14.7%から大きく低下し、対米輸出額そのものも約20％減っています。

中国の輸出先はASEAN：17.6%、EU：14.8%、米国：11.1%で、ほんの数年で米国依存型から脱却したんですね。

今やもう、米国が関税だけで中国を一方的に動かせる関係ではなくなりました。さらに、中国が握っているレアアースの埋蔵量は世界の約50％、アメリカは約2％。

空港への出迎え→国賓晩餐会→翌朝のお茶→国立公文書館まで同行という一連の演出は、「中国を超重要な交渉相手として扱う外交シグナル」に他ならない。

この急激な米中間の変化に気付かず、旧来の延長線上での外交は、日本を世界からの孤立に追い込みかねません。
