The flavor is complex & delicious with medium heat. Decided to leave it a little thick, so it's somewhere between a hot sauce and a salsa.

Looking forward to enjoying this batch, and I'll definitely do this again!

A year ago today I started a daily mindfulness meditation practice. Over the past year, I've only missed a handful of days. Yay me!

Has it changed my life? Hard to say… but overall I think it's positive, which is why I've continued to put in the time & effort to continue.

I feel like I'm - at least a little bit - more aware of what my mind is doing and can recognize that my thoughts & emotions are transient phenomena rather than things that control me.

I have a lot farther to go on that path, but I'm glad I'm doing it!
