PCOS has a new name. It will now be known as Polyendocrine Metabolic Ovarian Syndrome (PMOS). A change that accurately reflects the condition affecting 3.1 million women and girls in the UK. This is the largest global engagement ever for a medical name change.
Happy New Year! β¨οΈ Wishing everyone nothing but good health and happiness.
This coming year, I am hoping to be a little more present on this platform, as I believe there may be some changes in order. Watch the space! ^_^

Thank you so much for joining us for the 23rd #BabyLossAwarenessWeekππ
Over the next few days we will be recognising the impact we made, and showcasing some highlights.
We know that BLAW can bring with it a range of emotions. Please know that we are here to support you.
A slighter, more peaceful morning with my two youngsters. It has been a busy week in our household. With sorting, donating, work, play, housework, & external drama. It has been nice playing and resting with the little ones. Hope you're all doing well!

Thank you for sharing this π Having come across your page and recent posts, I couldn't help but browse. You seem to have done so much for this cause. Bless you. I've definitely added this to my list of things I wish to read.

We owe it to families to not only offer the right support after #birthtrauma but to prevent it from happening in the first place. We need to keep them both medically and emotionally safe. #maternity#perinatalMH#pregnancy#birth#families https://t.co/FDzSfNqVUIβ¦
This past week has reminded me what got me into wanting to write. We all have our own stories. Some too tragic to mention, but yet we wish to feel heard or to keep those precious memories, however short, alive. Whatever helps us.
Hoping to return.π¦

It may sound odd, but having seen so much this year on #BabyLossAwarenessWeek, it's made me feel something I find hard to describe. There's a warmth there knowing me&my partner are not alone, and yet a sadness knowing so many have been affected.

Remembering all the fallen little angels, we had no choice but to let go of, and the ones we never got to even hold. Forever in our hearts and minds. Thinking of all who've been affected.

It has been quite some time since I last posted, let alone been on any of my platforms. Apologies. To be honest, there have been far too many reasons as to why this has been the case. Drama, family, events, work, health, etc. Hopefully, soon, I will pick up where I left off β‘
Evening all! Hope you've all been having a great weekend. It's been a slow week on my end with a few projects, but productive nevertheless. How about you, what have you all been up to?
