i bear witness to
a symphony of anguish

of those tainted by horror.
in me, among others, wells up an
overbearing feeling of anxiety,
chaos, and uncertainty.
who can we trust?

Finding Happiness

look around.
it's easy to see the good
in things. but the longer
you look, the more it spoils.
this makes it harder to find joy,
but it isn't impossible.
simply appreciate what's there.
