FUCK @FlyFrontier. My flight was canceled due to weather (which wasn’t their fault) but I’ve been waiting over an HOUR to get my checked bag back and last I heard from another passenger, THEY’RE STILL ON THE FUCKING PLANE. I had to cancel my backup.
@FlyFrontier you suck! I had a flight from ATL to Orlando at 3:45 pm.
1st delay...plane arriving late.
2nd delay...waiting for a crew member
3rd delay...flight crew regulations
Now sitting waiting 40 minutes for a plane that's already here to be towed to our gate. Incompetence!

Apparently, if you'd like to rebook an existing flight on @F9ChathubTeam@FlyFrontier@FrontierCare for $162, it'll cost you $2500 plus. I'm so angry! I used a different, more reliable airline to book the ticket. I'm absolutely going to try to get some money back.
@FlyFrontier it would be great if your colleagues at @FrontierCare actually responded to messages. Started a DM string at 16:07 EDT today. Last message from your “Customer Relations” team over an hour ago. Issues still not resolved. Time now: 19:34 EDT.
After the massive outbound delay, I didn’t trust @FrontierCare to get me back on time.
I had work the next morning.
So I bought a last-minute Delta ticket for $228.48 just to get home.
