Horrible start to our stay @grand_palladium Costa Mujeres. Miserable level of service. Dismissive responses to issues raised. A 5-star experience? Not even close.

@HiltonHonors just checked in at Doubletree Edinburgh Airport. Room has no air conditioning. Called to change rooms - all rooms with AC sold out. Spoke to manager. “Sorry, sir. This is an old hotel. None of the rooms have air conditioning.” Terrible experience.
