@realBSaints@ActAdvBand i feel like that’s just a myth, every single band I’ve been in has done decently well without having to post anything other than show flyers and release promo. at MOST we’d throw up a full set video onto YouTube. i think people believe social media content is a shortcut when
@ActAdvBand all you need is connections to other bands that came from out of state, and if you really stand out they will want to bring yall out, which is also what happened with my band. i genuinely believe the notion of short form content being “required in this day and age” is a myth
@justaguy0507@reggghjk@AxoDumDoodles because tv and movies are treated as totally different universes that don’t affect each other despite them being in the “same” universe..
@TheChronoCoffee@AlternativeDevi@Luci_aka_Devil@VishalSid_1 so if Sony and marvel movies aren’t connected then who was the tom hardy venom in the no way home post credits scene? just a guy who looks and acts exactly like him and has the same venom symbiote as him from a universe that looks exactly like his?

@Luci_aka_Devil@VishalSid_1 You could explain it away by saying it’s a different Andrew Garfield and a different Yuri Lowenthal shown in each of the mediums, and just call it an adjacent universe a few feet to the left. But there is definitely a connection
@Luci_aka_Devil@VishalSid_1 They are connected because Insomniac’s Spider-Man was shown in both ATSV and the Spider-Geddon comic. Andrew Garfield was shown in ATSV and obviously he was in the MCU Spider-Man No Way Home, a movie which was referenced by Miguel O’Hara in ATSV
@JustinMCUfan@VishalSid_1@Dexter_Murugan4 true but that’s a retcon it used to be that the marvel multiverse was every single project and adaptation existing in the same multiverse each with its own unique number
