@bbjessTTV Its part of the twitch API for bots. Its when users JOIN or PART a channel. Its kind of buggy to say the least since it will say a user joined multiple times without them ever parting. Makes me wonder if its when they switch tabs or something

@bbjessTTV I just got lasik about 3 weeks ago. The actual surgery took 15 mins. The only feeling is pressure from when they create the lid for LASIK. Vision might blur or blackout when they apply pressure. That is normal as well! But the laser part is only 30-40s per eye!
