You want to know one of the bigger issues with AI? That some artists are being accused that their art is made with AI when that's just how their art style is.
Imagine acting like you're on the side of supporting artists, just to make rude demoralizing comments to actual artists.

@StevenLegends26 @SonicFreedom_ I believe this mechanic is known as "static-cling", and it has appears in multiple sonic games, notably the rush and advance series, along with the inverted loop at the end of Sonic's Lost World, in Sonic Adventure.
@SanekoGato The drawings were quite crude, so it is possible that they were memo sketches to explain to the game planner and programmer.
At any rate, this is what it would look like if I were to draw them today.
@ChrispyPixels I'm trying to figure out why this seems off to me, and the only answer I can think of is the use of the 3d cube for the jump, instead of a cube in sprite form, as it's a significant increase in angles. Another solution would be to give boxy 8 more angles, but... no. Still good.
