@CityPowerJhb Thank you - has someone been assigned? The issue originated from a City Power team trying to fix a separate isolated issue and now multiple houses are out. And they just drove away.
@JHBWater you take heat a lot of the time but also deserve credit where itβs due. Resolved the sewer issue within 6 hours and your team has cleaned our house the following day on a Saturday! Very impressed and grateful!
@CityPowerJhb Iβve tried that but wait longer than we have been out for. Please just send a team there are multiple houses out and itβs from your own maintenance.
