I urge the government to take immediate action to regularize their positions, ensure fair compensation, and restore their dignity. These trainers deserve the respect and stability to continue their invaluable work.

They work tirelessly, without job security, increments, or any recognition for their efforts. After 10 years of service, they face neglect instead of respect. As students, we owe so much to them. It’s time their hard work and sacrifices are acknowledged. These teachers deserve dignity and justice, not indifference.
