Do you remember when you joined X? I do! #MyXAnniversary

[Fr Simon PJ Clark SSC @frspjc]

@British_Airways You’ve said the same thing three times. Do I need to make a complaint to the civil aviation authority and cost you even more??

[Fr Simon PJ Clark SSC @frspjc]

I am really disappointed with @British_Airways who downgraded my Club Europe flight on 14 Sept because they had over booked and dispite my claim still haven’t refunded me! #bacustomerservicedisaster

[Fr Simon PJ Clark SSC @frspjc]

@British_Airways It really is digusting that you can downgrade my flight immediately but take almost 2 months to even begin to deal with a refund. I will not book another flight with you until you sort this. Another lost loyal customer? Shocking business plan!

[Fr Simon PJ Clark SSC @frspjc]

@British_Airways Come on BA it’s not good enough!!! #angrybacustomer

[Fr Simon PJ Clark SSC @frspjc]

@British_Airways Still no reply from your customer relations team. Over a month sine is flew on my downgraded flight. You owe me money. Do I need to make a costly to you small claim through the courts because of your awful customer response times???

It is with great joy that the Shrine welcomes the news that the only Feast of Our Lady proper to England, Our Lady of Walsingham, is no longer simply an obligatory Memorial but now a Feast Day, following a decree by the Vatican.

Amazing relaxed response

[Andy Davies @adavies4]

Lovely unscripted moment this morning in the Welsh Parliament as a brilliant young choir from Ysgol Treganna in Cardiff - singing Safwn yn y Bwlch in rehearsal - bump into the Prime Minister (watch their reaction at the end 🎶)

If you are unable to join us in person for the National Pilgrimage parts of it will be available via live-stream. Unfortunately, we are unable to live-stream the whole day due to the majority of the pilgrimage taking place in the Abbey Grounds. https://t.co/iAzUQMaDS2

The world needs to listen to this poor man

[Mairav Zonszein מרב זונשיין @MairavZ]

More and more victims from the south in Israel are coming out and calling on the world to put pressure on Israel to stop, that the loss of life will be catastrophic for everyone. "Stop the War, Please."
