Clifton, NJ - An 8-pound Shih Tzu-Yorkie mix, got out for about 5 minutes. Video shows a boy approaching him before a woman grabs Rocky, covers him with a blanket, and leaves in what may be a Honda Pilot. His family is heartbroken.
