As a customer Angered by @HSBC_UK response when wife called to say a cashpoint at the branch in Wimbledon had been tampered with and no money dispensed. didn’t want to know as she used a card from another bank. They weren’t concerned that their machine was ripping people off.
@premierinn Bangor are rubbish at customer services. I’ve been waiting since the end of January for a refund following awful service and meal at the restaurant.
Despite my sending all the details requested @premierinn hasn’t even acknowledged receipt. Seriously unimpressed and disappointed. Will think twice about booking again.

Went to the sorting office to find out why not had mail we were expecting in fact no mail this week. Office closed. After waiting 35 mins customer services to answer. They say there is no way to contact the sorting office. What is @RoyalMail doing? Caused me problems for my hols.
Had a “smart meter”fitted Nov22its never worked. @SP_EnergyPeople were informed and I have contacted them several times since. Gas meter still has no reading and Electricity meter makes a noise but nothing else. Engineer came out today couldn’t do anything. Next stop Ombudsman
