Nikki’s face at night!

When I watched it in theaters, I kept noticing some really strange lighting effects on Nikki’s face during the nighttime scenes. At first, I figured it was just the way the movie was shot.

But after taking a closer look… WTF IS THAT?

I know it’s the same actress, but her face almost looks warped, smeared, or subtly distorted by some kind of effect. It’s hard to put into words, but there’s something genuinely unsettling about it once you notice it.

Am I mistaken, or did anyone else catch this?
