Art advice you can use right now:

Draw slower
Observe more
Observe again
Don’t give up after first sketch
Use references
Ask for feedback
Work simple, then add details
Iterate on ideas
Try new a new process
Make frequent comparisons to refs
Draw what you love
Draw with others
