@MaskoftheR thank u sm!!! i ALWAYS use references (for this i've paraphrased a painting!) and i think it really helps, it's nice having a pose ref bc then u can worry less abt poses/proportions etc and put more focus to color and composition, so i cant recommend that enought!!! :-)
