@flyspicejet Surprisingly got the call back. Agent was completely clueless and told me to WAIT AGAIN for 10 days. Says cant give transaction ID! @flyspicejet STOP THIS OUTRIGHT FRAUD (PNR F941XC). Planning to dispute payment with bank, but without transaction ID I am helpless (:

@flyspicejet Please learn from your competitors @airindiain , @airvistara , @goairlinesindia (great job!) I have had wonderful experiences with them especially Air India and Vistara. Meanwhile, Spicejet fraudulently not refunding money its been almost a month PNR: F941XC

@flyspicejet @jagograhakjago I wish to register complaint against spicejet. PNR: F941XC (Refund not received in bank account yet they are saying they gave refund on 27 Dec. They are also repeatedly refusing to provide transaction ID). @consaff @HardeepSPuri Please help.

@flyspicejet PNR: F941XC, spoke with an agent for about an hour trying to resolve the situation. He was as clueless as before and AGAIN told me to wait for a callback. He said will get callback today before 9PM. Ive heard this from you too many times and no call back comes.SHAME!

@DGCAIndia Any plans on taking due cognizance on unethical (possibly illegal?) business policies of @flyspicejet ? Sad to see an airline which was miraculously revived by the amazing @TheSanjivKapoor, now adopting such shady tactics! Appalling!

@Jaydamwani1 @flyspicejet @Jaydamwani1 Absolutely don't believe them. Pls check your bank records. They say refund has been done but actually money wont be given and they will keep stalling and not giving transaction ID. I have same issue PNR: F941XC

@flyspicejet Nah, mate you aren't working "continuously", rather you guys are probably overworked, underpaid and as frustrated as I am in the employment of a cash strapped airline who has been put on cash and carry by @AAI_Official and will probably be bankrupt in a few months.(Harsh Reality)

@flyspicejet It would have been great if you could have maintained records and looked at my correspondence instead of rudely replying here @flyspicejet. I have chatted called and emailed HUNDREDS of times already, im not jobless to do this repeatedly. Give back the money ASAP!

@flyspicejet @flyspicejet Just received an useless update "as per our record, we have processed refund towards the source of payment....blah blah" Cheating and fraud continues, money still not received in bank account! It has been 27 days since you approved refund finally after pestering.
