If you separate design from construction, would you not increase the likelihood that you hand off design inefficiency to the builder?

Since 2000, regulators fined banks 7,400+ times totaling to fines of $380+ Billion, about 1/3rd of the total crypto market capitalization today.

Either banking is criminal by definition or the rules are broken. The crypto space looks like a nunnery by contrast.
