@sainsburys I have done. I was told “I understand we couldn't deliver the order and no call was made, however this has been reported back to the management team in store and a refund of the delivery charge will be issued, I believe this is sufficient. Thanks.”

@sainsburys didn’t show up for my delivery slot, didn’t call me. I had to call them to be told thy weren’t coming & I have to pick it. Didn’t refund my delivery cost until I ask & when asked if I can have a discount off my shop they say they “don’t feel a gesture is warranted”👏
