@SigeyRich @Wakabando Every Loa has a repayment plan which is factored in the budget. KRA claims their tax collection is 95 percent on target. KK allegedly slashed the borrowing by 300 billion. Why they can't honour repayment of our loans stress free is very difficult to understand.
