@Steadfast_Women @tnbaptist BTW, this isn’t a hiring policy. It’s instruction for a group that recruits volunteers to serve on committees and boards. Preference is given all the time for boards, depending on the needs of the board.

So it’s wrong to seek input from a variety of voices, to draw from the wisdom of other followers of Jesus in addition to the overwhelming number of white, male voices on this board including my own?
