I just watched a video saying that OO was more readable than FP because it is clear what the computer is doing in OO.
Do you really want to know what the computer is doing? Or do you want to express your ideas?

Please create a safe space for junior developers to feel safe enough to ask questions.
If they’re struggling, ask them which concepts specifically they’re struggling with.
Don’t leave them in a silo and expect them to succeed. You must invest in your team.
