Suki Chen is very excited to help you discover what you’ve got in you at her contemporary class and to just have fun together. Please come check out what we’ve got in store for you!!
Our third choreographer is Suki Chen, a recent graduate from the AFM program at UW. She started dancing at 5 years old back in China and did mostly Chinese dance, some hiphop and jazz until she came to Canada for high school, and later fell in love with with contemporary dance.
Our next choreographer is our Artistic Director, Shannon Jeffries! She started dancing when she was 5. She has learned jazz, hip hop, contemporary, modern, ballet, and tap. Theatre jazz is her favourite style of dance. 💃
Come out and learn some Open Theatre Jazz with Shannon Jeffries on Saturday! In this open level class, she will be teaching a fun combo suitable for all levels.
Let’s meet our first choreographer! Julia Fung has been dancing for 10 years focusing on contemporary, jazz and ballet. She was an instructor through UW Athletics and Recreation where she found teaching dance to be an amazing experience both for herself and students.
FC will be hosting a public dance workshop which will be a “pay what you can” class for entry. Remember, you must include your name when you donate so we know who has paid 😃! We will be
