Tengo una póliza de hogar con Santander y, dado que vivo entre España y Estados Unidos, solicité recomendaciones de pintores en Madrid. Basándome en esa recomendación, contraté a REPARATODO CR S.L. para un trabajo sencillo de pintura en mi vivienda.

El resultado fue claramente deficiente: daños en tarima y mobiliario, múltiples intervenciones sin resolver el problema y falta total de seguimiento posterior. Incluso la persona de contacto de la empresa reconoció que el trabajo no se había realizado correctamente.

He tenido que asumir personalmente limpieza, reparaciones, compra de materiales y pintura para poder finalizar el trabajo correctamente.

Después de numerosos intentos de resolver la situación de forma amistosa y sin recibir respuesta, me he visto obligado a presentar una reclamación formal ante la Oficina Municipal de Información al Consumidor (OMIC) del Ayuntamiento de Madrid.
Toda la situación está documentada con fotografías, vídeos y comunicaciones escritas.
