Healthy teacher habits for the new year (decade)...
1 Get enough sleep, 7-8 hrs
2 Exercise (12k steps & at least 10 min of resistance training a day)
3 Drink lots of water

4 Prep your own healthy lunch
5 Meditate
6 Make time for yourself
We shouldn't judge students on a bar that some are far from, some are close to, some are at, and some are past.
The real achievement is growing from where they are at.
