Hey @elonmusk, love our Tesla, but frustrated right now. Had a service appointment, dropped it off on Monday, it was supposed to be done today at 5, the app showed no progress the last few days, I messaged service to ask, no one ever responded, I called (this is now 15 min after it was supposed to be done), and the employee told me that they haven’t even looked at it yet.
I asked if we could get a loaner as we’ve already been without the car for 4 days and apparently there are none there.
Anything you can do to help?

@Leisure_TimeTV Whereas it’s the opposite for me. It allows me to easily get a rental car in Orlando, get to the job site, easily return rental in same terminal, and back home in South Florida in one day.
@steveschale Buses provide better service than the airlines. Provide better service, you’ll get better reactions. And no, this is not a slight against the hard working crewmembers. They deserve better from their employers as well.
