@Bakaforhire @Zacguymandude @mattvanswol @EndWokeness I get that, and I feel for the families. But a judge has to go by the guidelines, which they don't set. For vehicular manslaughter (no DUI or intent) it's 2, 4, or 6 years. Not sure how they got to 10, but that's what I read.
