इन सारे सवालों का जवाब एक ही है। यह अद्भुत राज्य बिहार है। इन सवालों को रट लीजिए कौन जाने अमृतकाल में संघ लोकसेवा आयोग की परीक्षा के यही सवाल हों।

यदि आपको लगता है कि मैं आपकी फिरकी ले रहा हूं तो मुझे बताइए कि केंद्र सरकार की 'कृषि सखी' कार्यक्रम के पहले चरण में जिन राज्यों को शामिल किया गया है, उनमें बिहार का नाम क्यों नहीं है? क्यों पहले नंबर पर गुजरात का ही नाम है?

लोकसभा चुनावों से पहले खूब प्रचार हुआ कि केंद्र के सभी विभागों को 100 दिन की कार्ययोजना का रोडमैप बनाने को कहा गया है ताकि नई सरकार के शपथ लेते ही उस पर काम शुरू हो। भारत सरकार के पत्र सूचना कार्यालय की बेवसाइट पर जारी प्रेस विज्ञप्ति बताती है कि नए कृषि मंत्री ने 100 दिनों की कार्ययोजना को लेकर 12 जून 2024 को बैठक भी की। उसके बाद ही कृषि मंत्री ने 'कृषि सखी' की घोषणा की।

ऐसे में सवाल उठता है कि क्या चुनावों के पहले से ही इस सरकार ने मूड बना लिया था कि बिहार को बाबा जी का ठुल्लू देंगे? वैसे बिहार के लिए यह कोई नई बात नहीं है। देश की स्वतंत्रता के बाद से ही वह यह भेदभाव जी रहा है। 10 साल में भी उसके लिए कुछ नहीं बदला। भले उसने 40 में से 39 सीटें झोली में डाल दी हो। इस बार निकम्मे सांसदों से घोर नाराजगी के बाद भी 30 सीटें झोली में डाल दी हो।

बिहार के साथ यह भेदभाव तब भी जारी है, जब इस सरकार के चलते रहने के लिए उसका होना जरूरी है। पर राजनीतिक सर्कल में इसका कोई शोर नहीं है। यूं ही मैं @RJDforIndia जैसी पार्टी का विरोध नहीं करता। असल में उसके मूर्ख नेता को इस तरह के भेदभाव मुद्दे नहीं दिखते। उसके समर्थकों को तो यह सब समझ आना ही नहीं है, क्योंकि वे समर्थक कम गुंडे ज्यादा हैं।

मेरा मुंह बंद करवाने के लिए आप यह भी कह सकते हैं कि अगले चरण में बिहार को भी शामिल कर लिया जाएगा। पर साहब मेरा सवाल फिर भी वही होगा गुजरात ही क्यों, बिहार क्यों नहीं?
