They are all aligned, I don't know why people think this is briefed info. There's a whole process internally, months prior to when it gets leaked to the media that we are targeting a player, which include countless recruitment meetings alongside the data team.

Does Wilcox like Éderson - 100% for sure and I know this is as a fact, but so do Vivell and Sansoni. One figure could recommend a player but they will only pursue that target if the whole team is aligned.

During the target identification stage, Wilcox is barely involved. Our team of data analysts and scientists build profile of players we are looking at where they'll look at all the metrics and define the tactical need. We will never go for a player solely down to data - there would've been tons of research via video and physical scouting.

There is so much to it not even including the background and then financial checks.
