these are budget proposals and need congress approval… very rarely has congress voted to reduce these programs
proposals want to direct funds will be directed to states to administer programs.. possibly lower $ so states should be able to do without federal fat
they want to switch from permanent to temporary housing to battle homelessness.
gutted is bullshit propaganda.. wish you had a spine to buck the fuck trump method of governing and tackled what Oregon needs to climb out of all these negatives
